Domain Names are uniqe addresses on the internet (like www.yourfirm.co.uk). They are registered in principle "first come, first serve". You can register a Domain Name for displaying a website and/or using it for Email addresses (like tom@sirname.co.uk or office@myfirm.co.uk).
For the functionality of a Domain Name you need two Domain Name System Servers. If you register a Domain Name with us, we will set up the Domain Name System Servers (DNS Servers) for you. This service is included in the Domain Name Price.
You can transfer already existing Domain Names to us.
After the transfer of a .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .co.uk,
.cc und .tv Domain Name, the Domain Name is renewed for one year from the time of expiration. So, in case you transfer a domain name to us, you will not loose any registration fee already payed to an other company (except for .eu domains names). For a successful transfer a domain name must be older than 60 days and is not allowed to expire within 14 days. Please contact us for more informations on transferring domain names.
